A Song of Dian Pool / Sheng Hong

The water of Dian is as vast as the sea,
From a corner, thousands of hectares I can see;
The top goodness generates numberless of lives,
and the pool is large enough for swimming of whales.
滇水阔如海,一隅窥万顷;
上善生百物,池中可游鲸。

Note: English is not my mother tongue. As a practice, this poem is translated from my poem in Chinese:  咏滇池。 I hope the experts who master both English and Chinese to offer me some suggestions.
