Viewing Kulun Museum and Nanbaoli Museum / Sheng Hong

On ancient plateau, the mammoths galloped,
And the initial people hunted and farmed;
The fertile soil Yelu once run,
And Shiwi nursed civilization.
古原驰猛犸,初民猎且耕;
耶律营沃土,室韦育文明。

Note: English is not my mother language. As a practice, this poem is translated from my poem in Chinese: 观库伦博物馆和南宝力博物馆。 I hope the experts who master both English and Chinese to offer me some suggestions.
